“I have worked with this provider through 2 mutual clients for the last few years and have found them to be the sort of people who make a difference in other people’s lives. As a support coordinator, I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. They are caring, compassionate and reliable. Not only do they care about the client, but they also ensure the client’s goals are being considered when they are supporting them. Their ability to help clients with their skill building is plain to see as there is such an improvement in how much progress our clients have made in the time, they have been supporting those clients. They will advocate for their clients if they can see that there is something that they need, and it is not being provided. They will persist until the client gets the outcome they were hoping for. Nothing is too big or too small for them to assist with and the clients love them, as do the clients’ families”.

“After more than two decades of struggling by myself, going from crisis to crisis and hospitalisation to hospitalisation with no follow up, came NDIS. Yes, that process was a bit long winded, but so is any bureaucratic process. Once there, how fortunate were we to be supported by an excellent case-coordinator through whom we met two dedicated support worker. Both are highly skilled, both with differing but complementary gifts which enhances the support given to clients. I am totally confident that anyone employed by them to assist in the support work they offer will be just as qualified, just as caring and just as able to ‘read’ clients as they have the ability to do. My son has come ahead in leaps and bounds – although his condition may have deteriorated, his capacity to deal with that has actually improved under the care of these two people. Their insight, ability to cook and do whatever is needed in the way of support is priceless.”
